Seasonal Affective Disorder.

As winter draws closer and daylight hours get shorter, some people will notice a change in their mood, such as loss of energy and feelings of sadness. Seasonal Affective Disorder, aptly abbreviated SAD, is a subclass of depression and affects a fifth of the UK population. SAD symptoms include inability to concentrate, lack of focus and fatigue which can lead to a fall in productivity and a rise in absenteeism.

- Effect on business, work and home life
- The emotional needs frame work
- Coping skills and how to help yourself
Body Image.

Concerns about self-image are not switched off when entering the workplace and this can prevent people from performing to the best of their ability in professional environments and often limit their career achievements.
This 50 min workshop will explore:
- Symptoms of poor body image
- Becoming more media savvy
- Harnessing more self-compassion and self-respect
- How to emotionally regulate
- How to improve body image
- Ways to create a supportive work environment and communication style with regards to body image.
Mental health issues can affect one in four people at some point in their lives and have a significant impact on the wellbeing of employees. Equipping the workforce with a robust emotional tool kit is essential in helping people enjoy their work, think more clearly and as a result be more productive.
Above are three programmes ready to deliver to organisations via Zoom or in person to provide them with knowledge regarding the topic and practical tools to use after the workshop.
